Income Qualifications: Landlord requires total monthly income to be at least three times the monthly rent as a minimum qualification. Proof of income (pay stubs or bank statements) for the last 3 months must be included with the application.

Fees / Deposits: Monthly rent is $1,895 and will be pro-rated based on move-in date. There are no application or credit check fees. If approved, the landlord requires $2,840 refundable security deposit (due at move-in or split over two periods). Pet deposit may be required for large dogs.

 Tenant Advisory: Landlord does not maintain any existing refrigerator, washer or dryer that may be onsite and/or install new refrigerator/washer/dryer. Front & backyard maintained by the tenant.
